Kamila on Summer, Style & Travel

Even in the midst of the summer, some of us (San Franciscans) are still wearing turtlenecks and planning our last-minute vacations. Curating the perfect wardrobe isn’t easy. I’ve always been a fan of dresses that can be worn all year round, regardless of the season. A lightweight dress can be paired with stylish flat shoes in the summer, or it can be accessorized with tights and a sweater in the fall and winter. This saves time, and it saves space in your carry-on. You can be pretty and prudent when you pack. Travel is complicated; style shouldn’t be.

As the countdown to summer begins, we checked in with one of California’s best yoga studios. San Francisco’s Body Temp Yoga, in the Marina District, is a mecca for hot yoga lovers. With power yoga, weights and targeted moves to sculpt your body, it’s no wonder that the women who walk in and out of the studio boast some of the city’s best bodies—after just one session, you won’t wonder why.
