I love this dress because… 

It’s perfect for spring, which I am so looking forward to! The floral pattern is lovely and the color is feminine – I can imagine wearing it to a spring garden party.

What’s in my bag…

Red YSL lipstick (the bottle itself is a work of art), a hand mirror a friend gave to me when I visited her in Saint Petersburg, whichever book I’m currently reading (at the moment Molière’s Le Misanthrope), and Mandarin vocabulary flashcards.

Three things I love about my city…

First, the Met – I live down the street and go every chance I get (the Greek and Roman sculpture wing is my favorite). Second is Central Park – I just starting taking figure skating lessons at Wollman Rink this winter and it’s one of my favorite parts of the week. Third is getting dressed up to attend the NYC Ballet or Metropolitan Opera in Lincoln Center.
